Which season should you sell your home: winter, fall, spring, or summer? In southern California, we don’t really have seasons; it’s warm here all the time. Despite that, there are a few times of year that change the real estate market. For example, certain areas see a big uptick during the summer as parents rush to get their kids into a good public school.
