What is the number one reason people are going to move in 2024? We all know the inventory is low and interest rates are high, but every single day, people are still buying and selling homes to be closer to family members. 

In the last two years, three million couples were married, seven million babies were born, and another seven million people hit retirement age. These facts of life always mean that people will need to move. However, once rates come down, the activity in our market will only increase.
