Katie’s career path has never been a straight line, which is exactly what makes her great at operations. Her background spans the sciences (field biology and hydroponic farming), the arts (interior design), and people-focused work in customer experience and real estate. Her dynamic background built her understanding of how people, systems, and environments work together.
Today, Katie manages operations for the team, building processes and systems that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes so the team—and their clients—have the best possible experience.
Outside of work, Katie is usually gardening, cooking, or sewing. When she’s not creating, you’ll likely find her on the court as an avid pickleballer or on the field quarterbacking her flag football team.
