Denise's real estate journey began in Texas in 1992, when she started her career with a passion for helping people find a place to call home. Over the next 20+ years, she built a successful career serving first-time homebuyers, developers, investors, and corporate relocation clients, including employees relocating through major companies such as Dell Computers. Denise learned that every real estate transaction is more than a contract — it’s a major life transition that deserves patience, guidance, and genuine care.
In 2013, her path took an unexpected and rewarding turn when her youngest child became a successful actress. Denise then stepped away from real estate to support her daughter's career, spending years traveling between Austin and Los Angeles while managing the demands of production, schedules, and life on the road.
In 2022, their family made Los Angeles their permanent home. As her daughter began her next chapter in college, Denise found herself ready to return to the career she have always loved — real estate.
Today, she bring decades of experience, a deep understanding of client needs, and a renewed passion for helping others navigate one of life’s biggest decisions. Whether working with first-time buyers, sellers, investors, or those relocating, Denise's goal is to provide trusted guidance, thoughtful service, and a smooth experience from beginning to end.
